授業料の口座振替手続きについて

Tuition Account Transfer Procedures

入学時含め既に口座振替手続きを行っている方は、変更がない限り手続きの必要はございません。

Those who have already completed the account transfer procedures, including at the time of enrollment, do not need to follow the procedures unless there are any changes.

口座振替手続きにつきましては、本ページからのWEB申込みにて承ります。
We accept account transfer procedures by web application.

1.申し込み方法

以下の留意事項をご確認いただき、次の下記URLより申し込みください。

　【留意事項】

• 全国の金融機関(三菱UFJ信託、みずほ信託、三井住友信託、SMBC信託、商工中金、信漁連・漁協を除く)で、
  　WEBでのお申し込みが可能です。
• ご入力いただいた情報を元に、収納代行サービス業者及び各金融機関にて受付を行います。
  　入力情報にお間違いがないようご注意願います。
• お手続き前に下記のものをお手元にご用意ください。
  ・登録する学生本人の学籍番号 、学部/研究科、学科・課程等/専攻がわかるもの（学生証など）
  ・登録する金融機関の口座情報（預金通帳等）及びキャッシュカードの暗証番号
  ・ゆうちょ銀行を振替口座として登録する際は、口座に登録された電話番号の入力と
  　その電話番号に通知されるワンタイムパスワードが必要です。
  
  　口座に登録された電話番号が不明な方は、予め電話番号をゆうちょダイレクトまたはゆうちょ銀行窓口で確認してください。
  　(必ずしも現在使用の携帯電話番号とは限りません。）

※暗証番号は金融機関による本人確認のために必要です。暗証番号が本学に通知されることはありません。
※金融機関によって登録の際に必要な情報が異なります。
※暗証番号や金融機関の設定する本人確認情報（口座開設時の電話番号等）を
　数度間違えると登録できないようロックがかかる事象が報告されています。
　一度間違えた際は、ロックがかかる前に金融機関への問い合わせをお願いします。

2.WEBでの申し込みが行えない場合

金融機関が未対応、登録がうまくいかない等でWEB申し込みができない場合は、財務課出納係(0985-58-7122)までご連絡ください。
窓口でも対応いたします。(木花キャンパス　事務局棟2階　財務課出納係　8:30～17:00）　　

2. If you are unable to apply online

　If you are unable to complete the web application because your financial institution does not support it or registration is not successful,
　please contact the Account Section, Financial Division. (The contact number is 0985-58-7122.) 　
　We can also help you at the counter. (Account Section (suito-gakari) of the Financial Division (zaimu-ka), 2nd Floor of Administration Bureau. 　　
　The office is open from 8:30 to 17:00.)

個人情報の取扱いについて

・個人情報については「個人情報の保護に関する法律」及び「国立大学法人宮崎大学個人情報保護規則」に基づいて取扱います。
・口座振替の手続時にお知らせいただいた氏名、住所及びその他の個人情報は授業料徴収に関する業務を行うた めに利用します。
・上記業務遂行上、一部の業務を本学より委託を受けた業者において行うことがあります。

Handling of Personal Information

・Personal information is handled in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information " and the "Personal Information Protection Regulations of National University Corporation Miyazaki University".
・The name, address, and other personal information provided at the time of the account transfer procedure will be used for the purpose of performing services related to tuition fee collection.
・The University may outsource some of the above operations to a contractor.

※注意事項

・Webで口座振替申し込みされる方は、授業料口座振替日（引落日）の1ヶ月前までには申込みを済ませてください。
・ご入学後に登録した授業料振替口座の金融機関等を変更する場合には、再度、口座振替手続きが必要となります。
・申し込み時期によっては、金融機関登録に係る期間の関係上、口座登録や変更の反映が引落に間に合わない場合がございます。

※Notes

・If you apply for the tuition transfer by online, please complete it at least one month prior to the tuition account transfer date (the date of automatic withdrawal).
・If you wish to change the financial institution which you have registered your tuition transfer account after
・Depending on the timing of your application, it may not be possible to register or change your account in time
